What are the eligibility criteria for the D.Pharm course?

The candidate must have passed plus two/ or equivalent qualifications in science stream with English, Physics, Chemistry and either Biology or Maths as Subjects.

What is Pharm D?

Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm. D) is a six-year Doctorate Degree program after plus two or equivalent qualifications. It is a more advanced course focusing on clinical pharmacy, pharmacy practice, regulatory affairs, pharmaceutical care, and healthcare. The students learn to prescribe, dispense, operate, manage regulatory affairs, market, prepare medicines, and educate patients and families regarding drug usage. The pharmacist interacts directly with patients and doctors. They are qualified to provide prescriptions to patients according to the diagnosis report submitted by the medical doctor.

What is the scope of B. Pharm ?

After graduation, students can join healthcare institutes, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, pharmaceutical companies, research institutes, or educational institutes.
