MyMathews does not accept applications/registrations on behalf of any college or institution. On applying to any course/institution through the Portal, the student is deemed to have taken the help of MyMathews team only for facilitation and information purpose.

3.1 Creating an Account. When you create or update an account on the MyMathews Portal, we ask you to provide us with certain Personal Data, such as your full name, email address and contact telephone number.
3.2 Enhancing the profile. To be able to provide specialized services, we might ask for more in-depth profile information like your academic background, educational qualifications, entrance exam scores and date of birth.
3.3 Location and Usage Data. We collect information about your interactions with our services, technical information (such as log data), and location information to better understand your preferences and to provide you with information that is relevant to your location.
3.4 Communication logs. If you contact MyMathews or use the Platform's features to communicate with institutions, we collect information about that communication and any other information you choose to provide.

7.1 Users Under 18 Years. If you are under the age of 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you must use the MyMathews Portal under the direct supervision of a parent, legal guardian or responsible adult.
7.2 Verifiable Parental Consent (Mandatory). Under the DPDP Rules, 2025, we are required to obtain verifiable parental consent before processing any Personal Data of a child (individual under 18 years).
By providing your information on behalf of a minor, the parent/guardian:

Retention Periods for Particular Purposes:

10.2 Communications Consent (TRAI/DLT Compliance). Use of this website and/or registration with us and acceptance of this Privacy Policy constitutes your express consent to receive communications from MyMathews regarding educational services and admission offers via phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, RCS or email. You acknowledge and consent that such consent shall be applicable even if your mobile number is registered under the Do Not Disturb (DND/NCPR) list as permitted under TRAI regulations, provided such consent is recorded and maintained as per the Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) framework. You can withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us.
We are committed to protecting your Personal Data. MyMathews has put in place adequate physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in accordance with applicable Indian law (including Information Technology Act, 2000 and DPDPA 2023) and global best practices.
