Course
B.Sc in Critical Care Technology is an undergraduate from Jain (Deemed-to-be) University. B.Sc in Critical care technology is a demanding program of the emergent needs of experts in the fields of infection control, airway care, extubating, oxygen therapy, ventilator care, respiratory support, trauma burns etc.. Services of a critical care technologist are highly desired in every hospital and healthcare unit and the critical need for preparing a competent cadre of young professionals trained in the area of critical care technology and young professionals are responsible for the installation and maintenance of medical devices and machines. For instance, set up machines such as CAT scanners and voice-controlled operating tables in hospitals, and then show medical professionals how to use them and also perform routine maintenance checks and software calibrations, as well as major repairs if a particular machine is malfunctioning.
Duration : 3 Years
Eligibility : 10+2 (or equivalent) with a minimum of 45% in the main Science subjects
