Admission Guidelines
Step 1: Online Application
Students can apply for the BE or MBA programs by filling out the online application form available on the official website: www.aiet.org.in. It is recommended to use a laptop or desktop for the best experience.
Keep the following documents/details ready:
- PAN and AADHAR Card
- Last qualifying exam marksheet or certificate
- PGCET/KMAT/MAT scores (for MBA applicants, if available)
Step 2: Personal Interview
After reviewing applications, shortlisted students will be invited for a personal interview within 5 working days. Interviews can be conducted virtually (via Skype or Google Meet) or in person at the campus in Moodbidri.
Students should:
- Dress formally
- Carry their laptop
- Be aware of updates related to the program
- Carry hard copies of relevant documents
During the interview, students can also express interest in scholarships or financing options.
Step 3: Application Review
After the personal interview or scholarship assessment, successful candidates will receive an official admission offer via email and phone within 3 working days. For scholarship applicants, the evaluation may take up to 14 working days.
Qualified students will be informed about:
- Admission confirmation
- Scholarship grant (up to INR 10,000)
- Updated fee structure, if applicable
Step 4: Confirming Admission
Admitted candidates must confirm their seat by paying the registration or full fees within 7 working days. Photocopies of all documents must be submitted during admission.
Required documents:
- PAN and AADHAR Card
- Educational certificates or marksheets
- Experience/relieving letter (for MBA applicants)

The Training and Placement Head oversees all activities, from designing the placement strategy to executing placement drives under the guidance of departmental leads and coordinators.
